Offset Location Indicator - same behavior as when editing lines/polygons (ALT key)

When currently using the ALT key to change the stroke for the Offset Location Indicator, ODIN behaves differently than when using the same ALT key to change lines and polygons.

This is confusing for the user and can also lead to an object being accidentally displayed in a different area because the user actually only wanted to delete a point (as he is used to when using the ALT key for lines and polygons)

Therefore, editing the line of the Offset Location Indicator should be done in the same way as for lines and polygons:
