Improvement of the basemaps area

In the basemaps area, all maps created by the user via the map administration are displayed for use in ODIN.

This is no problem with a few maps. If the user has created several/many maps, the basemaps area in the activity bar will quickly become unclear.

It is possible that the user needs or wants to use different maps for different projects.

However, since ODIN displays all maps which was created in the basemaps administration in each project, it can quickly become confusing for the user.

One possibility to consider here would be that the user can create many maps via map administration, but can select for each project which of these maps he wants to actively use for this project.
