"Operational Condition" is wrong for the units settings

In the settings for units it is possible to select "Operational Conditions":

According to MIL-STD-2525c, the field "Operational Condition" is not provided for units. For units (and installations) the field "Combat Effectiveness" can be selected (this is not selectable in the settings for the unit currently):

According to APP6(C) and FM-1-02/MCRP 5-12A (referred to in MIL-STD-2525C for combat effectiveness) it is also applicable for equipments (unlike MIL-STD-2525C):

According to MIL-STD-2525D, combat effectiveness refers to ADRP 1-02. In this, combat effectiveness is described as follows:
