Map: Hide layer's feature for high scale zoom

For low zoom levels (high scale), layer's extend becomes to small to visually identify individual features. In this case, only a rectangle for the bounds of layer should be displayed; if possible with the layer's name. For still larger scales, a 'point' symbol indicating a layer should replace the rectangle.
