Blazor Grid keyboard navigation with Tab in columns is too slow.

Same thing is when you Dialog Editing. Too slow compared to JavaScript Grid.

Although another Blazor DataGrid (free/paid) works faster than Syncfusion,

Regarding the reported issue, we would like to inform you that our Sample browser demo is hosted on a one server and trying to access that sample from different server might have cause performance different. But these differences in server hosting will not affect actual Grid performance. We kindly request you to check the issue in your local environment.
