Readme is incorrect re. NumericUpDown

The Readme states that the application uses the NumericUpDown control. It does not, however.

Thanks for being here!

Yes. As you pointed out, the SfNumericUpDown reference is not used. Our team is working on this to revamp the entire project along with its readme content and these changes will be reflected on May 6, 2020.
