Screenshot Filter no Longer Working

I'm not sure if it's just because OBS updated but Screenshot filter no longer works. I've reinstalled both OBS and Screenshot Filter, added it into my 64bit plugin directory inside of OBS and none of the menu options pop up. OBS Version 29.1.1
