Auto add SOCKS Listener and/or Bind Listener on startup

Hello!

Is it possible to add a config parameter for the linux client to automatically add a SOCKS and/or BIND Listener on startup?

So that we don't need to add them manually?

And it would also be nice to add a "forever" function to the server. So that we don't need to kill and restart the server binary when the client disconnects and reconnects.
