Could not resolve MBConfig

In 11.2.20 everything was working OK, but after upgrading to 11.2.22 I get the following error even when calling vendor/bin/monorepo-builder --help:

[ERROR] Could not resolve argument "Symplify\MonorepoBuilder\Config\MBConfig $mbConfig" for                            
         "/my/project/monorepo-builder.php".
