Installer errors need overhaul

Errors are panel-based and so can include fields that are actually valid.

Invalid fields are not highlighted, and error messages are not obvious.

When page refreshes it is hard to scan for errors. Perhaps also add a note to the top of the page "Errors occurred, please check below" etc.
