Reevaluate use of H1 for website name

use of H1 as the website name — this is a personal beef of mine but I regard this as poor semantics. To me, "Articles" (on a Publish page for a section "Articles") should be the primary heading of the page. It's acceptable for the H1 not to be the first heading on the page. That said, HTML5 allows for multiple H1s on a page. But it's work considering the semantics before it's too late.
