Strange "Access-Control-Max-Age" value

With the current integration branch, if you set 'max_age' => 259200 in the config file, you will have the following response header:

Access-Control-Max-Age: 3000

3000???

Ah, I see, Access-Control-Max-Age has nothing to do with the max-age of the file, right?

Still, 3000 is a strange value...
