Disabling upscaling yeilds image not in good ratio

Let's say I /image/2/2048/1500/image.. but I have a 1920x1080 image.

Disable upscaling bails out, but I think we should still respect the 2048:1500 ratio without upscaling... what do everybody thinks about that ?

Yep, I think the ratio should be respected.
