Add a prefix to the invoice number(entry id)

You can now add a prefix to the invoice number. Good if you have multiple sites reporting to the same paypal account.

Save IPN data doesn't work for version 2.3.2.

Removing .com.au etc..

Looking at this comment: http://getsymphony.com/discuss/thread/25718/3/#position-55 It seems that .com is default url for sending data to paypal no matter what country. Baring this in mind is there any particular reason...
