Quiet mode is ignored when you unsubscibe a member from data sources

Expected behavior

When a user is quietly unsubscribed from an "A" list which is included in a "B" list, that user should also be silently unsubscribed from the "B" list.

Actual behavior

When you unsubscribe a user from the "A" list, he is unsubscribed without notification. But when you synchronise the "B" list, he receives a notification.

Steps to reproduce

• Create list A and add users
• Create list B and add users
• Include list A to list B
• Unsubscribe one user quietly from list A (he should not be notified)
• Press Synchronize members with data sources button on list B
• The user is notified of the unsubscription

As a workaround, you may set "Notify subscribers when they are included from a data source?" (inclusion_notification_feature) parameter of the list B to be "disabled" (off).
