Log and reporting of unsubscribed users.

Expected Behavior

Admins should be able to see who has unsubscribed from a list along with the date/time of the request.

Current Behavior

There are no logs showing unsubscribed users for a given list.

Possible Solution

Store log of each unsubscribed user. If there are approvals required for unsubscribing the approver should also be noted.

Context

List owners have reported that without the un-subscription information they are are missing visibility into their list success.

We have list owners requesting to have the ability to see subscriber updates in the web UI logs, as well. These events (i.e., del and add) appear to be missing from the database in version 6.2.x but were there in version 6.1.x.
