How do I specify the path to the image file?

Hi, I am using webpack encore in conjunction with symfony and vue. Can't figure out how to specify the path to an image in a vue single file component. The image is located in the public/build/mages/attach.svg folder. Moreover, the image has a dynamic name attach.97cee9e4.svg Tell me how to specify the path to such a file in a vue single file component
