[Notify] Firefox notification not displaying

On Firefox OSX, the notification doesn't display. It DOES ask permission, but then no notification. Even the Mozilla dev docs show this live demo - https://yari-demos.prod.mdn.mozit.cloud/en-US/docs/Web/API/Notifications_API/Using_the_Notifications_API/sample.tag_example.html - which as the same behavior.
