[Icons] Icon attributes by icon directory

Hi,

Currently we have a configuration called default_icon_attributes to add attributes to all icons.

It would be interesting to be able to do this but by directory.

Because I wouldn't necessarily want to add the same attributes for another directory.

Examples of directories:

• assets/icons/heroicons/24/outline
• assets/icons/heroicons/24/solid

What do you think ?
