ux [LiveComponent] [LiveCollectionType] Allow min and max options

Hello, concerning the LiveCollectionType, I wonder if these options could be interesting:

"min" => Initializes the collection with N elements and does not display a delete button until the minimum number of elements is present

"max" => Does exactly the opposite. Will no longer display the add element button if the maximum number of desired elements is reached.

It seems to me that a very old bundle for collections had these kinds of options:

Although this is achievable with a few lines of custom code in form logic and in the the twig template, having this setting would be really useful.
