When possible update to symfony 5? :)

@ElectricMaxxx is the main author of this bundle, but i think he is not very active on the cmf these days. myself i don't have the time to upgrade the seo bundle. i can offer to review a pull request if you have time to work on it, and tag the release when it is fine.
