Rewrite query for publish workfow checker

When https://github.com/symfony-cmf/CoreBundle/issues/126 is ready, rewrite query in SitemapUrlInformationProvider::getUrlInformation();

@dbu, you know something about the issue mentioned above. It had a merged PR but still open.

the code moved to the phpcr loader but its still relevant. instead of the publish workflow checker, there should be something to limit query to published docs only. would be more efficient
