[WIP]: Refactoring and minor bugfixes

Split Stampable to allow different timestamp implements (java8 localdatetime) for example. Introduced plugin.yml instead of DefaultAuditLogConfig. Added initial unit test.

Todo:

  • [ ] Add docs to implement trait using traitinjector (opt-in)
  • [ ] Add more unit tests

Yeah, sorry guys, currently not working on grails (anymore). If somebody would like to finish the work, no problem for me.
