[Concept] Data Validation - Merkle Patricia Tree

The section Data Validation describes Merkle trees data validation bu doesn't explain yet how Merkle Patricia Trees can be used to verify the state for a given block.

Adapt the document, or create a new section describing how Merkle Patricia Trees are constructed and used in Symbol. It would be great to share some code examples and diagrams similar to the ones we are providing for Merkle Trees.
