Suggestion: Add "?" description to icons and terminologies

Some of the terminologies may need more explanation to new users. e.g. For Account details, Address height e.g. For Transaction info, Deadline e.g. For Block details, 'Transactionsincludes all inner transactions in aggregate tx,Balance Change Receipt` etc.

User experience; Try and increase ease of use for new users. e.g. if I am a new user, I might wonder my tx already included, why it is still having a deadline.
