Error in adding Transfer transaction

When adding a transfer transaction in Aggregate, if To is an alias, it cannot be saved.

Steps:

1. Go to Aggreate -> Transfer transaction.
2. Try put into "To" field account alias (for example cryptobeliever on mainnet)

Result: The account alias is not working. The message "The Recipient field is incorrect" is presented.

Expected result: Allow providing account alias into the recipient field same as for standard Transfer Transaction view.
