Metadata - Unclear presentation for editing metadata

Steps:

1. Add account metadata to account with value "example metadata"
2. Go to edit and try edit it to "example metadata - edit"
3. On transaction confirmation I can see " - edit" and also "ScopedMetadataKey" field is showed twice. This output is not clear

There should be present clear output what was the value before and what value will be after editing it.

Also gear icon for editing is not so clear/intuitive and could be probably improved.
