Expired mosaics are visible on offline transaction page

1. Go to Offline transaction page
2. Click on Mosaic selector

Result: The list of expired mosaics are visible

Hmm. @AnthonyLaw In my opinion only symbol.xym should be visible here because we know divisibility for it. For other mosaics we are unable to fetch divisibility and it could be very missleading for user.

Based on feedback from Jeff:

• we should assume that the offline transaction view is used on computers that are always offline so make no sense to present here other mosaic information fetched automatically
• we want to add the possibility for the user to send other mosaics. So we should provide a simple form that allow provide all required information to send tx like (mosaic id, divisibility, and so on) for mosaic. After adding mosaic it will be possible to choose it on selectbox.
