address book compatibility with co-signatures and easier view of cosignatories

The address book function does a good job of working with the dashboard of recent txs of replacing addresses with names.

One thing that would be nice is in the partial tx display that we could see the address book name instead of a public key.

That way it is easier to see who has signed or not.

Also, it is generally better to show addresses instead of public keys in a situation like this as address are more human readable than public keys.

Lastly, when the tx is included in a block, the information about who has signed is no longer visible. It can only then be seen by going to a block explorer. It would be nice if we could see it still in the wallet for txs included in blocks in addition to pending txs.

Maybe something like this instead would make it easier for wallet users to see.

I think we should use addresses (instead of public keys) and replace them with contact if it's in the address book.
