"Add node" button is not highlighted.

After entering a valid node address in the Node Url field, the "Add node" button(under Network settings) is not highlighted. This should be done directly after entering a valid node url or after e.g. I press enter. (version 0.14.0 - http://desktop-build.symboldev.com/#/home)

@gram01 you need to select the node from that drop-down that shows after typing your Node url in order to fetch network type and generation hash.

@bassemmagdy I'm not 100% sure, but pressing enter key after entering a valid Node Url, should have the same effect as selecting a Node Url from the drop-down list.

It works pretty good but if it can be improved would be great. But I would avoid a lot of API calls when user typing address.

The same "issue" is on harvesting view when the user will put address but will not confirm selection from the list. Without clicking additional node on list we get "Invalid node" error when trying start harvesting.
