Begin using LittleFS filesystem. Huge overhaul on savestate handling and the flashapp.

So far I think the only reported bug is your MSX savestate thing, but we aren't sure if it existed prior.

Note: Users must delete their roms/gb/*.lzma file since the format slightly changed.
