I looked at your dumps and don't see anything very unusual. Unfortunately, I can't really help with third party mods as I have no clue how they work.

The square box is a Windows bug. It happens when apps use a custom tooltip for the tray icon.

Not by the application. It has to be fixed in Windows. The custom tooltip being white is an artifact of the application respecting the application theme for it's custom tooltips.

This was originally developed when the taskbar only used legacy tooltips. A future update will revert to system tooltips when the taskbar uses modern tooltips.

That glow is probably a bug in the rendering of DWM. As for the effect disappearing when the program exits, it's intentional that the taskbar reverts to normal when TranslucentTB...

Using the dark system theme will give you a white font.

Hit "continue"

You can create rules for maximized windows in the JSON file, this allows you to achieve the desired effect when a window is maximized.
