can't read file animated webp

I use the telegram bot @Stickerdownloadbot convert the meme to webp. the jpegview can not read the webp file(firefox is ok) utya3d_agadjbwaarox6es.zip

So... I verified that this animated webp loads in Firefox...

but on Chrome / Microsoft Edge (Chrome based), it does not load properly. (it just shows a gray box)

JPEGView depends on Google's WebP library, so I'm going to guess this is the reason that JPEGView is having trouble with this file...

This file might be better used to report as a bug to google's webp library... maybe here? https://groups.google.com/a/webmproject.org/g/webp-discuss

Even when google's webp library fixes... this might also be a duplicate of #33 (this is an animated webp)
