"No enough memory available" error when attempting to open UHQ images in JpegView 64 bit

The error message is "The file 'xyz.jpg' could not be read? Reason: Not enough memory available. I definitely have version 1.3.46 x64. I am able to view and open these UHQs with IrfanView, XnViewMP and Photoshop. If there a setting I need to enable, or does the codebase need to be altered to support monster size images?
