Sheet Includes all information on first open

When opening an NPC's sheet I can see all of their skills which make the sheet bigger/longer than it needs to be. Once I hit the settings cog and then press it again it will hide all of the non-essential information. Could this be done by default?

Opening for the first time, notice all of the skills at negative values.

After I hit the settings cog twice. It only shows the plusses which are good.
