Is it possible to circumvent this issue

I use network_exporter on a server, only used MTR monitoring, count 20, and there were 200 IPs monitored. My server is using a public network IP address, and other devices in the same network have received a lot of packets similar to icmp floods

I wonder if this has anything to do with it, if I lower the counts value, is it okay？
