Support for SureCart products and collections

Right now, TSF doesn't have any affect on SureCart products or collections. The TSF meta box doesn't even appear on the edit pages for SureCart products or collections.

This is an important area for me because I am switching over to using SureCart for ecommerce projects moving forward, and away from Woo.

TSF's metabox should support all post types that are registered as publicly queryable. It's surprising to learn that SureCart's products aren't publicly available. I'll investigate; perhaps TSF's metabox is hidden from view by accident.

I just reviewed their code, and both the sc_product post type and sc_collection taxonomy are publicly queryable.

@touchdowntech, could you please verify that the SEO Bar is visible for the posts and terms overview?
