It would be great if the ability to add Faq schema was added in this plugin.

Here is what I mean by Faq Schema Please refer to the links below if you have no idea about it. https://rankz.io/blog/how-to-use-faq-schemas-in-wordpress/ https://developers.google.com/search/docs/data-types/faqpage

From my recent reply in the forums:

To implement some structured data, like FAQ, we need to display it on your site as well. With that in mind, we have no roadmap on implementing visual aspects to your website. [...]

Now, I don’t believe that using a FAQ schema is in everyone’s best interest. The search engine user will read your FAQ entry at Google, and they’ll never go to your site. Some studies have found that half of your users won’t click through because of this.

In any case, there are other free plugins out there that can do this for you already: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/faq/

We want to implement this eventually; when the time is right. With that, I'm reopening this issue! 😄

Any Update on this? I would switch immediately from Yoast but this is the feature i'm missing at the moment.

Hello!

You can use this plugin, which also provides structured data: https://wordpress.org/plugins/faq-block-for-gutenberg/.

We have no plans on rushing this feature because it's already being pushed back by Google due to abuse.
