error message when trying to activate the fix title extension

Good day,

I downloaded and installed the extension manager correctly. now trying to activate the fix title extension and other free extensions but am greeted with error messages. Please help

Which error messages do you get? They have a code attached, too. These codes will help me pinpoint where the plugin halts. Thanks!
