Api activation error

I recently buy the extension manager plugin but i cannot activate it the error that appear when i add my activation key and my email is : Error code: 202 — An error occurred while contacting the API server. Please try again later.

Error code: 301 — No response received from the API server. Please try again later. If this error keeps coming back, contact your hosting provider.
