Update id_scanner.ino

Testing with ESP32-s3 with wifi and bluetooth enabled. Testing with both the DJI Mavic 2 pro with remote id firmware updates and skyid. Did not see the uav id on the skyid showing up on json output. Output both ids (oprid and uavid in the json). Made tweaks and optimizations. Did not have a display. Viewed output through monitor or linux terminal cat /dev/ttyACM0
