Bourns encoder mismatch symbol vs footprint

I believe that your footprint PEC11R-4xxx-Sxxxx.kicad_mod does not match your schematic symbol SW-Bournes-Pro-Audio.lib. That datasheet has the pins labeled in the order A-C-B (C for "common"). You have numbered the pins on the schematic: A=3 Com = 4 B=5 And then your footprint has them in order 3-5-4, which would place Com at the end of that row instead of in the middle. (Of course, I'm always prepared to hear that you're right and the datasheet is wrong...)
