Homekit does not find device

Hello, when I want to add Homeykit as a device in the Homekit app, the app is not found as a device. Do you have an idea what it could be?

You mean you want to add Homey as an accessory to your Home app on iOS, but it can't be found? This is typically caused by "unusual" network setups, like the use of VLAN's. Homey and your iOS devices need to be on the exact same network.

iPhone/Homepod and Homey are connected with the same SSID with the same frequency band (2.4 GHz)

Then I don't know why your phone can't find Homey. You could try and perform a Homeykit reset: in the Homey app, go to "More > Apps > HomeyKit > Configure App > Settings", scroll down and press the red button "Clear HomeKit storage and start over".
