I reinstalled HomeKit on the Homey, but it is not discovered any more: I yried to reinstall, relaunch, beta version, suggestion in th installation section with 120 seconds and 240 seconds. Nothing helps. Have no idea what to try anymore. Any help would be greatly appreciated
You say you reinstalled it, does that mean that you had a working setup before? Did you remove the "Homey" home from the iOS Home app?
I have the same problem. I had it working a while ago, no idea why is stopped working. I resettled the app settings (in config), Same for apple homekit... any idea’s?
On your iOS device, try this:
- open Settings
- go to Privacy > HomeKit
- tap "Reset HomeKit Configuration"
However, the button in the last step doesn't always appear for some unknown reason. If you have a HomeKit hub device, try removing the "Homey home" from there (if it's still present).
Another possible solution: log out from your iCloud account in your iOS device, and log back in again.
I looks like I have the same problem.
Installed the Homey app on iOS13, added HomeyKit, opened 'Woning', used the plus sign to add an accessory and used configuration code 200-20-200. No Homey found.
I already removed homekit and rebooted my iPhoneX, cleared Homekit Storage, reinstalled HomeyKit, restarted HomeyKit, changed the bridge identifier, Reset HomeKit Configuration and logged out from my iCloud storage. Nothing seems to work.
Homey version 3.0.0 App version 3.0.1.417

Added that to my post. I also tried what you described in your comment. For the option 'go to Privacy > HomeKit' no apps where mentioned there.
Any news on this? I’am a new homey user and try to add homeykit. But I run in the same problems as described bij arjen-r. Cant get it to work
@udapvr there are plenty of reasons why it may not work, including a lot of reasons beyond the scope of this app.
Some reasons may be:
- the use of VLAN's (for instance to separate IoT devices from the rest of the home network)
- using 5Ghz WiFi on your phone while Homey uses 2.4Ghz (yes, it shouldn't matter, but for some people it does)
- a (home) router or switch that has issues with multicast packets
Robert, thanks for the answer. The problem was de 2.4 Ghz. I made a separate Wifi network for only 2,4 and then it connected perfectly.
