[Enhancement] [Plugin] Display value of tags in dashboard

What did you try to achieve?

It's a request for a plugin for this great project, so I'm not sure this is the right place. ;)

I really would like to display the value of a 'tag' from Homey on the Dashboard. For example, the value of a (Better Logic) variable that show me if the washing machine is running. Or the time of the sunset (via the Sun Events app). Etc.

What was the result?

On the dashboard I see a box with a (custom) title and the value of the 'tag'. The value can be a number, true/false or text. Something like the screenshot (sorry, just some copy/paste in Paint).

Looked into the docs and see there is a getTokens function. Not sure if this does what i expect, but i'll give it a shot.
