Add functionality to hide obsolete widgets

For widgets that are becoming obsolete because they are being replaced by other widgets functionality is needed to hide them from the widget selection menu. This allows people who are still using the widget to continu to use them but wont allow new users to select them.

A parameter in widgets.json would suffice.
