Scrublet in development atlas

Dear scrublet developers,

Thank you for giving us such wonderful tool! Based on principle of doublet finder tools algorithm, I'm wondering whether scrublet will mistakenly consider developmental intermediate cell type as doublets? Or in other word, does scrublet can be used in single-cell development atlas?
