Segmentation fault when scrub.set_embedding

Hello all, I've run scrublet exactly following the instruction here, only to end up with the error 'Segmentation fault (core dumped)' after the command 'scrub.set_embedding('UMAP', scr.get_umap(scrub.manifold_obs_, 10, min_dist=0.3))'. Any suggestions?

Besides, I run scrublet on ubuntu 18.04 with python 3.7.6. Many thx~
