responsive mode not availabe

mode as shown in tutorial is not there

Right click on the ruler 📏 corner and you will see a context menu. Choose 'show responsive control' to bring up the responsive mode.

Good morning I have done it but tool bars in graphic mode are note responding for eg 1 missing div tool 2 quick responsive layout tool from code side bar as seen in ur tutorial video all functions are missing

I don't know why?

Please help me out
