Hi, can we get a New release including #127 ? Currently subtitles can't be used in Windows.

Some background: This project is the best tool I've found so far for the users of QGroundControl to use to burn subtitles(with flight data) on top of their video files, the only issue so is that it is not possible in Windows at all.

BTW, Is there CI in place for releases? (I have a WIP branch deploying it with github actions for windows which generates the .exe but apparently I need to get all the dlls and ffmpeg from somewhere)
